Here’s the front cover of the Live Licks double album designed by Tom Hingston. The image was taken from the animated sequence that was projected on stage during “Honky Tonk Woman” for the Forty Licks Tour in 2002, And an extract from the animation was also used in the TV commercial for the album.

Anyone that has seen Michael Winterbottom’s 9 Songs might remember the Black Rebel Motor Cycle Club playing at the Brixton Academy. So if you can remember this part of the film, you’ll have got to see a some of my visuals. They also use the visuals as a textural element in the trailer.

Designed visuals for the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club’s 2003 tour. Willie Williams was lighting designer and I directed, filmed and edited some video sequences. Minimal lighting gave us a good opportunity to use video projection as both light-source and visual texture.

Mark Hough at State design did all the hard work designing 3d graphic loops that incorporated Tiestos various logo designs and record label logos.
